Local Woodworker Seeks Small Wood Working Space

Hello! My name is Michael McNaught. I'm an artist, Berkeley philosophy graduate and wood-worker in search of a space to continue running my small business creating custom vehicle-based storage solutions for nomads, car campers and the like. I am very flexible with workspace, clean, respectful and responsible, and am open to considering many kinds of arrangements. My main criteria are: secure parking, roll-up door, 24/7 access, and at least 150 square feet. In addition, it is crucial that I be able to park a client's vehicle within reasonable proximity to the workspace, as movement between these two locations is very frequent during a project. I'm open to sharing space, and have lots of experience with cooperative systems. Please let me know if you have anything in mind that may be a good fit.
