Election Day is here. If you haven't already voted early, hopefully you're getting ready to head to the polls today. In Nassau County, voters will be decided on the makeup of the entire County Legislature, as well as the district attorney. In the Town of Hempstead, voters will be casting ballots for about half of the Town Board, as well as the supervisor, clerk and receiver of taxes. Here's what you need to know for Election Day: Nassau County District Attorney: Democratic incumbent Madeline Singas is facing Republican challenger Frank McQuade.
