Enjoy a relaxing evening in the greenhouse for yoga under candlelight! Come join us for an evening of yoga in the beautiful glass greenhouse! Join local yoga instructor Tressa Bellows as she leads a vinyasa inspired yoga flow, bathed by the light of the moon and gentle twinkle of starlight while surrounded by the beautiful diversity of the plants in the Gardens. This class will focus on soothing the nervous system, relaxing the muscles, and calming the mind. This class is suitable for most ability levels.
