If you’re someone who works hard to not work --- multiple trips to the truck, walking across the job site multiple times for different tools, etc --- please DO NOT respond. Our guys work hard and have great attitudes and don’t need dead weight. We’re looking for people who love the satisfaction of a hard day’s work. You know that feeling of being dirty at the end of the day because you cleaned out those beds and trimmed that hedge to perfection and cleaned it all up really nice. That feeling of your lawns looking perfect because you mow like a professional and empty your bag like you’re supposed to. That feeling of coming back to the shop at the end of a cold and rainy day and you’re appreciated for your work because your boss knows you did your best.
