ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — The Rockville Centre Police Department reported the following incidents for the week ending Aug. 10. Larceny On Aug. 5 at 3:20 p.m., a Maine Avenue resident reported a package was stolen from the hallway in her building. On Aug. 6 at 11:17 a.m., a N. Forest Avenue resident reported his bicycle was stolen while outside a building on Maine Avenue. On Aug. 7 at 11:01 a.m., a driver reported her car was stolen from her driveway overnight on N. Village Avenue.Criminal Mischief On Aug. 8 at 9:45 a.m., a driver reported finding a tire on her car slashed while it was parked in Old Mill Court.Leaving the Scene On Aug. 8 at 3:40 p.m., a driver reported his car was struck by a vehicle that left the scene while it was parked on Rugby Road.On Aug. 9 at 8:57 a.m., a driver reported his car was struck by a vehicle that left the scene while he was driving on Lakeview Avenue.
