Love & Connection: Mindful Painting Event Title: Love & Connection - Mindful Painting Event Ticket price: $45 all materials included When: February 13th 2022 // 3-5:30pm Center for the Higher Self 3204 nw 2nd ave This event will be centered around experiencing the love that is in exist all around us. Beginning by connecting to ourselves, and each other through a Metta Bhavana meditation. This meditation will be accompanied with light reiki +sound healing, and end with card pulling for further inspiration and guidance you can use in your creation. We will become in tune to the truest essence and the basis of our power, which is love, and the ability to share that love. Using our canvases we will be able to tap into our creativity, and what shows up when we express love in tangible ways. -You can use this opportunity to create gifts for loved ones, decorate your home, or just be in your creative, connective experience with yourself. Melody is a reiki level 2 practitioner and an art instructor for 11 years. She created Conscious Creations Inc. to give others an opportunity to use painting as a creative outlet for healing, connection and joy. These events are created with the intention for you to express, not impress! Although, you may be impressed with what you can create. All levels welcome! This event will include: ⁃ Guided Meditation ⁃ Reiki, Aromatherapy & Sound Healing ⁃ Guided Art instruction ⁃ All art materials including 16 x 20 canvas CFHS is an interactive space that hosts strong programming based around healing, community, and movement. Transformative workshops, yoga and immersive concious events are offered to encourage self exploration and foster community connection.
