ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — The Rockville Centre Police Department reported the following incidents for the week ending Sept. 14. Criminal Mischief On Sept. 7 at 10 p.m., a homeowner on Hendrickson Avenue reported finding the front of his home damaged by paintballs. Burglary On Sept. 8 at 1:39 a.m., the manager of an auto repair shop on Sunrise Highway reported someone entered the premise and removed computer equipment.On Sept. 8 at 6:20 a.m., the manager of an auto repair shop on Merrick Road reported someone entered the premise and removed computer equipment. Larceny On Sept. 8 at 9:30 a.m. a homeowner on S. Kensington Avenue reported his 2008 Jeep was stolen while it was parked in his driveway overnight. The vehicle was recovered in Mineola on Sept. 9.On Sept. 10 at 6:35 p.m., the manager of a N. Village Avenue business reported that someone stole merchandise from the store. Leaving the Scene On Sept. 10 at 11:27 a.m., a driver reported his vehicle was struck by a car that left the scene while it was parked on Merrick Road.
