Press release from Stamford Public Schools: February 3, 2022 - 11:12am The Stamford Public Schools are pleased to announce Joseph Cozza has been named Coordinator of Summer School and Extended Day Programs. A graduate of the State University of New York - Buffalo, where he earned his undergraduate degree in pre-med/molecular biology, Mr. Cozza holds a master's degree in education and his intermediate administrator certification from the University of Bridgeport.   Mr. Cozza has been a science teacher at Stamford High School since 2006. During his time, he has served as the science department head, as a coach and as a class advisor. "We are thrilled to welcome Joe to our team in Teaching & Learning," said Associate Superintendent Amy Beldotti. "His extensive experience as a summer school teacher and head teacher as well as experience with after school programming such as ALTA and Upward Bound make him the ideal candidate for this newly designed role."
