TRUSSVILLE, AL — A Trussville teen facing capital murder charges in the death of a classmate in April was arrested Wednesday and charged with possession of marijuana. A Trussville Tribune report said prosecutors are requesting that Steven Chase Lafoy's bond be revoked. Lafoy, 18, is accused of shooting and killing Parkerson the morning of April 1 outside a home the 7600 block of Happy Hollow Road. Paerkerson was found in a locked car and pronounced dead on the scene. Lafoy was arrested shortly after, and released April 13 on a property bond. Wednesday, Lafoy was in a car parked near First Baptist Church in Trussville with a female passenger and police found him in possession of marijuana and took him into custody, according to the Trussville Tribune.
