Job Description: Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing the agency’s existing book of business in reference to specific commercial lines accounts that have been assigned to them. An active CT Property & Casualty Insurance License must be held. Applicant must have 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Job Duties: Answer incoming customer inquiries same dayProcess service requests like endorsements, certificates of insurance, ID cards, binders etc.Re-market/quote every renewal within 60 days of the policy expirationMarket/quote new commercial lines business opportunities for the designated agent of recordPerform risk management assessments and make coverage recommendationsAssist insured with claims and billingCollaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policiesRecord customer information within our customer service database and keep excellent electronic recordsEngage with clients in a friendly and professional mannerOffer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policiesAccount roundingBase salary range: $48,000-$52,000  This position has the earning potential of commissions and bonuses as well.  Please email resumes to [email protected]
