OBJECTIVE:
The Furniture Delivery Associate will be responsible for all aspects of the furniture delivery process including store transfers, shipping, receiving and customer delivery services.
KEY TASKS:
* Deliver and assemble furniture in customers homes in accordance with Company policies.
* Inventory receiving, move inventory to the correct location within the warehouse, ensuring all items are tagged and
unboxed items are covered for protection.
* Shipping items as needed utilizing FedEx and UPS
* Responsible for executing warehouse operations, including the cleaning and organization of the warehouse, truck and
outside space.
* Complete store transfers in coordination with Store Managers.
* Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications and Education
* Ability to carry 75 lbs
* Professional appearance
* 1 year experience in warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred
* Ability to work well in a team
* Good organizational skills
* Good time management skills
