About the Role: We are looking for a Lead Mover to join us at Landing! In this role, you’ll lead our team of 4 Movers and help our team by packing furniture in the box trucks from the warehouse and transporting it to different sites to unpack and install furniture. About the Team: You’ll join a team of talented individuals that are building a startup to improve the way people live and will be able to make all kinds of things happen without limits. What You'll Do: Support warehouse operations including receiving, loading & inventory management Help with all of the installation of Landing Homes in the Charlotte market (transporting materials to site, placing furniture & removing debris) Creating world-class homes for Landing members, including setup of locks, painting, transporting materials to site, placing furniture, Art & TV hanging, and debris removal What You Need: -Nice to have but not required: 2 years of high-quality moving experience -Lead or any supervisory experience required -Handyman skills - experience with painting, hanging TV's, etc. is a plus -Self-Starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision -Valid driver’s license required and the ability to drive box truck -Strong team player & willingness to go the extra mile and ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment at a quickly-growing company. -Aptitude for continuous improvement and implementing new procedures. -Experience with Ramp or warehousing a plus About Us: Landing is revolutionizing apartment living by providing our members the most streamlined end-to-end platform with access to tens of thousands of furnished and unfurnished apartments in over 200 cities, and counting, that renters can book in just minutes.
