Lead guitar needed for regularly gigging band - Statesville

We are a "Rock/Country/Outlaw/Americana" band - Think Sturgill Simpson meets Pearl Jam. We are in STATESVILLE and gig around 3 out of 4 weekends per month in STATESVILLE, SALISBURY, MOORESVILLE and that area. I stress the STATESVILLE because so many people want to be involved but are in Charlotte and that's a long drive for the regular gig/practice schedule we keep. We are currently a trio (acoustic guitar/lead vocal, bass, drums). Our lead singer is fantastic and soulful. We are very well received wherever we play. We don't absolutely need an electric lead guitar but we feel it would complete our sound. We've auditioned some folks so we know what we don't want. We don't want someone who feels they need to play all the time on every song and deedle-e-deedle-e-doo all the time. We want someone who can do great chickin' pickin' country parts, Allman Brothers slide stuff and tastefully FILL IN parts and be able to hold off too. We have a fully equipped practice space and we typically practice on Wednesdays from 6-9. Our gigs are usually Friday or Saturday from 6-10.
