Notice of Action on a Federally Enforceable District Origin Operating Permit (FEDOOP) Notice of Action on a Federally Enforceable District Origin Operating Permit (FEDOOP ) The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to issue a FEDOOP operating permit for Amgen USA - LDC (Stores and distributes bio-pharmaceutical products) 12000 Plantside Drive, Louisville, KY 40299, in accordance with Regulation 2.17. The 30-day public comment period starts on February 05, 2022, and ends on March 07, 2022. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.
