GWINNETT COUNTY, NJ — A man has been taken into custody by U.S. Marshals in New Jersey and charged in connection with a recent murder in Gwinnett County, according to police. Moses Dyl has been charged with aggravated assault and felony murder. According to the Gwinnett County Police Department, he's accused of killing Shakeya Smith, 20, following a domestic argument. On Sept. 12 at 5:09 a.m., police said they responded to the area of Roxwood Park Drive at Woodward Mill Road in Buford for an injured person in the roadway. When officers arrived on scene, they said they located Smith, who was already deceased. Police have not said how Smith died or the circumstances that led up to her death. Dyl had been on the run for more than two weeks. He was arrested in Atlantic City on Monday, according to police.
