Press release from East Aurora School District 131: February 3, 2022 Kindergarten registration for the 2022-2023 school year is now open! Complete online registration for new students entering Kindergarten at EASD 131 in the 2022-23 school year. Parents can visit www.d131.org/kinder-register for online registration and information. The EASD 131 Kindergarten program offers dual-language instruction for all students and has become among the most valuable and sought out programs in the State of Illinois. All children district-wide will have the opportunity to learn in English and Spanish. To register for kindergarten, a student must be 5 years of age by September 1, 2022. Two (2) ways for parents/guardians to register: online or in-person. See in-person registration events below. During registration, parents must provide the following documents: Students registering online will get scheduled for language screening. Students attending in-person registration events will get language screening at the event. Backpacks will be given to students at the registration events and be entered for a chance to win raffles!  *On-site providers will be available to discuss job opportunities for parents/guardians at the in-person registration events.
