Here are the top three stories today in Duluth: A new partnership between Georgia Gwinnett College and Gwinnett County Public Schools will offer students and educators new opportunities. The goal of the partnership is to improve graduation rates and allow more students to access college. Programs include a pilot program for GCPS students, a volunteer program for GGC professors, and a higher education pathway for students studying technical programs. The shooting reportedly stemmed from an argument between Charles Collins, owner of the Gun Lobby, and one of his employees. Collins has been charged with aggravated assault in the incident.
