Here are the top three stories today in Phoenix: Tunnel maintenance is shutting down parts of Interstate 10 in downtown Phoenix at various times this weekend. Arizona Department of Transportation reports that eastbound lanes are closed between I-10 Stack interchange and Seventh Street from 9:00 p.m. Friday until 9:00 a.m. Saturday. Visit here for updated closures and locations: (KTAR News)Two were injured in a head-on, wrong-way crash on the northbound lanes of SR-51 and McDowell early yesterday morning. Sgt. Jacob Melki with the Arizona Department of Public Safety received the call around 1:30 a.m. about a driver traveling southbound in northbound lanes of SR-51 and Bethany Home Road. Both drivers were taken to the hospital and the highways were reopened after a brief investigation. (AZFamily.com)Black-owned businesses in Arizona are expected to have a bigger impact on the state's economy in the upcoming years, according to economic policy adviser May Mgbolu. There are over 1,200 black-owned businesses in Arizona and the State of Black Business Report shows that nearly 60% of all Black-owned firms are under six years old. These businesses accounted for about "$400 million in payroll in 2017," says Mgbolu.
