Very Small Male Shih Tzu

Lost very small Shih Tzu. Rowdy is about seven or eight pounds, and is blind in one eye and doesn't see too well from the other eye. His beige and white coat is long, all the facial hair is cut away. He's about 12 years old and very gentle. He got out of the yard today about 1:00 p.m. I am in Rancho Bonito at Rancho and Oakey. Please call me if you find him. . He is my heart.
