COBB COUNTY, GA — Free kid-friendly "Noon Year's Eve" parties will be held at five Cobb County Public Libraries early in the day for families. The Dec. 31 New Year's Eve program will feature crafts, storytime, dance, music, and more ahead of the countdown to noon. Four of the parties start at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, except for Gritters Library.
