3 years ago at the Lineman's convention and Rodeo, specifically at one of the lectures at the convention in Kansas City Kansas there was a man in a Liberty Utilities shirt and green hat. He is about 6 ft to 6 ft 2 in tall has a long dark beard and short curly hair. He is probably in his 50's and has a grown son and daughter. There were several conversations but did not get a name, regrettable. Would like to get in contact.
