Looking for a podcast partner for a startup Podcast based on reaction/response to stupid daily news headlines. All Editing software, Cameras, Studios, editing Handled here. What are we looking for? 1. Must have comic background. (my friends/mom think I'm funny doesn't count) 2. willing to work at least 4-6 hours a week. (2-3 hours per session) exhausting I know. 3. smart ass without cussing a big plus. (You can bash on host as much as possible). 4. Can actually speak to a camera without becoming someone else when the lights are on. 5. 21 or over ( must be mature in communication skills and in life events in general) 6. any person (actually means be serious) or aliens (means I don't care what you want to look like) open to apply. 7. your host? dry serious old guy who will play straight man. (Yet Brash and Punchy so beware.) 8. can write scripts for shorts and small skits. (or at least always wanted to test your skills) 9. understands this is a partnership not an hourly job. to gain finances from this venture requires time invested not money. (understands monetization on platforms) 10. help with creative layout and studio designs (greenscreen and live) 11. willing to do silly remotes. 12. large families welcome ( just thought that needed to be there.) 13. willing to do remote shows from home. (what equipment do you have?) NOT looking for? 1. Lazy millinials looking for something to do' 2. Mean Karens who get mad because host disagrees. ( don't take it personal) 3. A holes (don't be a troll or grifter) 4. certifiable nut cases ( semi nutty okay) 5. unwilling to take a joke directed at you. (don't be a snowflake) 6. social justice warriors (some SJW okay as long as 1-5 apply) 7. racist from any race. ( love thy neighbor or get out of the neighborhood) PLEASE BE SERIOUS.......BECAUSE WE ARE. we will do one to two test videos in our first meeting. (bring friends we don't care 1-2 max please) to check the chemistry and abilities.
