HELP my fish

I have a 70 gallon tall tank full of healthy large cichlids and a large catfish. My canister filter died so I’ve decided to get out of the hobby instead of replacing it. The set up needs to go asap as the fish need another filter I will let the tank with fish go for $100. It has cichlid sand, a brand new fluval heater, bubbler, a giant pirate ship decoration, food, and whatever else I have. The fish are so healthy and beautiful. I can drain the tank and help load.
