Work with owner to help manage, maintain, and improve 6 buildings in a small shopping center. Most of the time will be spent repairing wood and painting but there are also other repairs needed, and some maintenance. This is part time. Approximately 40 hours per month. Flexible hours. Full time work is available for the first 3 months. Looking for someone that is willing to work, has tools and some skills in carpentry. Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical is a plus.
