Customer Fulfillment Assistant Louisville, Kentucky We’re looking for a Customer Fulfillment Assistant to help with our Louisville office’s customer fulfillment effort. You’ll work directly with our Louisville Customer Fulfillment Manager and other Assistant. You’ll be part of a vibrant young company and have a significant impact on its growth. Primary responsibilities: - Prepare customer orders - Clean and maintain Clublender’s inventory of golf equipment - Facilitate the smooth return and inspection of equipment from customers’ delivery destinations - Be point of contact for our customers, ensuring they’re happy with our service - Communicate with customers leading up to, during, and following the delivery and return of equipment, speaking with them over phone, chat, text, and email - Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the team Primary qualifications: - Excellent written and spoken English - Proficiency with computers - Comfort interacting with customers via phone, chat, text, and email - Willingness to learn new software - Attention to detail - High level of organization - Ability to work as part of a team and to take initiative to work independently - Eagerness to learn and contribute - Ability to handle, reach, lift/move equipment typically weighing less than 35 pounds, but occasionally more - High level of organization, attention to detail, ability to work both as part of a team and independently Bonus qualifications: - Previous experience using shipping software (e.g. UPS WorldShip, USPS, FedEx, etc); familiarity with and/or interest in golf and business software (e.g., Google Mail and Drive, Dropbox, Slack) - Driver’s license and clean driving record Payments will be at biweekly intervals.
