Need pool tile regrouted and stacked stone gaps filled

Looking to have the 6x6 waterline tile in a new 128 perimeter pool/spa regrouted as it was done poorly by pool builder and some tiles not grouted at all. The old grout needs to be removed first and not just scraped. 3 tiles need to be replaced Stacked stone on water feature has some gaps and cracks that need to be filled/sealed.
