Need some holes drilled in steel.

I need to have some 3/8 or 7/16" holes drilled on some steel structure. The steel is 1/8" walled 3" x 3" square tubing with either one 1/8" plate or two 1/8" plate on the square tubing so max depth of holes will be about 3- 1/4". Have about 10 holes to be drilled. You need to have a heavy duty drill and sharp heavy duty drill bits. And lots of muscle. Let me know what equip you have and experience and some idea of a price. location is S.E.
