Hi. I'm a real estate investor looking for a handyman to perform complete rehabs in the Coachella Valley. Mostly cosmetic-- painting, laminate flooring, drywall, some plumbing and electrical. Please send me a list of your expert trades and those you are pretty good with. Well-rounded with a few strong specialties is typically what I'm after.
