Solar Panel Manual Cleaning Operators Needed! Seasonal Role- 24 weeks long Must be able able to pass a background check. No Felonies or DUI's in 7 years. Must have Valid DL Manual Labor Operators: No experience required Pay is $15.35/hr Start Date: 2/22/2022 Schedule: Mon-Fri Manual Supervisor: Construction or Field Experience and experience leading small teams required Pay: $23.23 Start Date: 2/22/2022 Schedule: Mon-Fri Skills and requirements - Basic mechanical skills are required. - Conversational English skills are required. Physical requirements: - Strength and stamina to maintain a rigorous work schedule, requiring physical exertion and frequent lifting. - Standing/moving for extended periods of time. - Kneeling, bending at the waist, and reaching overhead, above the shoulders and horizontally to load and unload equipment. - Employee responsible for wearing hard toed boots, safety vest, safety glasses, hard hats and gloves. - Able to pass DOJ screening for access school districts.
