**Hiring Immediately** Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Job Description National data collection company is looking to fill an 1 entry-level position (Traffic Data Field Technician). This position is for a contracted field technician with an opportunity for a full-time hourly position upon a 30-day review. This job requires travel throughout New York. Applicants must have an open schedule to accommodate weekday, weekend, daytime, nighttime or mixed work assignments. All applicants will receive a background check and must be able to pass a drug test. All applicants upon hiring must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record will be required. The applicant must be able and willing to lift 50 lbs. Thorough training will be provided for all study types and equipment handling. No prior experience is needed. Traffic Data Field Technicians must be capable of learning about and installing traffic data equipment in selected roadways as needed. Most cases involve installing temporary cameras and tubing on street segments to record vehicle volumes. This is an outdoor position and must be willing to work in various types of weather conditions. Pay Rate for this position will be $17 per hour. Applicants MUST have the following: - Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record - Their own vehicle (INSURED & RELIABLE) - Mobile Phone w/ internet - Computer literate with access to high speed internet - Good sense of direction - Great communication skills - Open Schedule Work Schedule Sunday (10hr Shift) 7:00AM-5:00PM Monday (10hr Shift) 7:00AM-5:00PM Thursday (10hr Shift) 7:00AM-5:00PM Friday (10hr Shift) 7:00AM-5:00PM ** This schedule is subject to change as the workload changes.
