Annual Refresher and WCT on the 11th. Classes will also be held in the following areas: Boise ID Rookie class Feb 21st through 25th. Annual Refresher and WCT the 25th. Portland OR Rookie class March 7th through 11th. Annual Refresher and WCT on the 11th. Bend OR Rookie class March 21st through 25th. Annusl Refresher and WCT the 25th. Exact locations will be provided at appropriate time. There will be a minimum of 15 students required to begin each course.
