Event Registration Temps Needed

Royal Media Group is organizing a professional trade show over the dates of March 1-2, 2022, at the JW Marriott Charlotte. We are looking for young, professional, temps to assist the show organizers. Primary duties will include staffing our registration desk and verifying attendees' proof of vaccination or negative PCR test per the event policy. If you are not comfortable performing this duty, please do not apply. The conference hours are as follows: Tuesday, March 1st: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday, March 2nd: 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM Compensation: $20.00 per hour Proof of vaccination is required for this job – Trade professionals will need to submit proof of vaccination. Masks are required indoors in the City of Charlotte. All staff is required to wear face coverings, regardless of vaccination status, when indoor public areas unless actively eating or drinking. Trade professionals will need to provide their own lunch – breaks will be provided. Parking is not included in this job; trade professionals will need to handle their own parking expenses.
