Homebuilder in Concord, NC seeking qualified finish carpenter to fill following job responsibilities:
- Prepare finished builds to get ready for final inspections.
- Perform repairs and final punch work compiled from final walk sheet by manager.
- Perform repairs from home inspector DDR reports.
- Able to perform misc. carpentry such as minor drywall/paint touch ups, trim and door repairs, other related items.
- Ability to work with power tools.
- Must have own hand tools.
- Must have valid NC driver’s license with clean MVR.
- Salary based on experience.
