From City of Pelham: November 4, 2020 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on November 16, 2020 at the Pelham Senior Center at 7:00 p.m. to consider Ordinance No. 135-231 an amendment to the zone district boundaries of the City of Pelham changing the present zoning B-4 (Mini-Warehouse District) to B-2 (General Business District) for property located at 96/98 Hilltop Business Center Drive. Applicant: Maranatha Properties, LLC, 140 Commerce Court, Pelham, AL 35124 All persons having an interest in the above rezoning application will be given the opportunity to speak for or against said rezoning.
