Excellent large 400+ apartment housing company with great attitude looking to hire an experienced ALL AROUND - HANDYMAN/maintenance man, with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, painting and everything needed to finish vacancies. Must have tools and truck. Hiring depending on experience and recommendations. Schedule is from Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm. Starting hourly rate at $20. Los Angeles, Cudahy and Westminster area.
