Survey is looking for hard-working, reliable, self-motivated individual to join the company as a Retail Merchandiser. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will drive from store to store within a 40 mile radius territory on the area of Nampa, ID and complete a variety of tasks (see below) for Survey's Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients. You will use Survey's app to document your work and will have a team lead that provides your schedule. About the Work: - Pay is $18/hr paid via OpenForce thru the Survey Merchandiser App. (We offer 24 hour payment approval after completed shift). - Starts immediately and will continue until December 31st. - 8 hours shifts. Start time will vary depending on store needs. - Workdays are usually between Monday and Friday, but sometimes weekends are required. Availability to work weekends when necessary, - Willingness to travel is required. - Mileage reimbursement provided while on the clock. - PPE required- Must wear steel toes boots. Typical tasks include: - Driving to assigned locations in your personal vehicle. - Check-in and out with manager on duty. - Merchandising cases from the backroom to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products. - Rotating products and removing defective and out-of-date products. - Tidying up shelves and displays, knocking down boxes, and disposing of any waste. - Assist in the assembling and disassembling of promotional materials such as signs, banners, and cardboard displays. Perks: - All work is conveniently picked up and submitted through the Survey Merchandiser app, including payments. - We offer for this project 24 hour payment approval after completed shift and uploading successfully assignment on the app. - Awesome referral program that allows you to earn up to $100 for each person referred. - Training and Support is available 7 days a week.About You: - You have an Android or iOS device that can run the Survey Merchandiser app. - You’re good at following directions and can problem solve if needed. - You’re reliable and good at self-managing. - You’re a good communicator. There are times where you’ll need to talk to store personnel or where we may need to communicate with you. - You’re able to climb, push, pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods and can lift up to 50 lbs. - You’re 18 years of age or older. - You have access to reliable transportation and a valid drivers license with proof of insurance. - Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks. - Willingness to work overtime and non-Monday to Friday work week. - PPE required- Must wear steel toes boots.
