We provide the Vehicle and ALL equipment and supplies. You will be dispatched nightly to various locations in Long Island, Manhattan, and the Burroughs to complete assigned projects. Position(s) available immediately Daily Shift is from 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm (Some flexibility) Must be available Nights and Weekends and on-call for Over-time work Should have 2-3 years cleaning and floor maintenance experience Duties to include: - Stripping, waxing, polishing and buffing floors using provided equipment - Shampoo and extract carpets - Mop/Dust Cleaning of office space - Using cleaning and disinfecting methods to clean offices - Flood Cleanups and extractions - Other cleaning projects as requested by clients We will provide a company van and equipment.
