Job Summary Provide emergency response, mitigation, and cleanup services to properties damaged by fire, water, and mold. Essential Functions • Perform a detailed inventory of items that have experienced water, fire, or smoke damage • Identify the source of the problem and determine the extent of the damages • Place/monitor equipment on job sites • Demolition, remediation, cleaning, packing, and moving of items and materials involved in these damage situations • Ensure company vehicle is serviced and clean • Ensure equipment is cleaned and operating properly • Ensure that the work area is safe, clean, and organized at all times • All other duties as assigned Knowledge/Skills • Knowledge of restoration, mitigation, and/or construction practices and procedures a PLUS • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Employees in this role must be able to: • Work in an environment that has suffered fire, water, mold, and/or smoke damage • Regularly lift and carry objects up to 50lbs without assistance • Continuously climb, bend, and reach
