We are currently looking for a Warehouse Coordinator in Plainview, NY to help prepare shipping material, maintain the warehouse to a neat/tidy standard, QC, pack, label and ship all outbound orders in compliance with customer/channel specific requirements following all MOSCOT QC standards. Responsible for supporting all shipping functions for all MOSCOT internal and external customer orders: Prep shipping area daily for packaging collateral Packing of daily orders according to channel/customer standards to meet on time shipping Ensure quality of outbound shipment meets MOSCOT standards Stage packed orders in accordance with shipping categories/carrier Ensure any VAS is handled to proper customer/channel specific requirements: Retail Shop Serial ticketing Assist in the unloading/loading of trucks daily: Separate all inbound items and deliver to receiving area At day end count of cartons by service level and help UPS truck load Assist with ad-hoc projects: Inventory cycle counts Order picking/put away Vendor receipts Requirements: Previous warehouse experience Must have excellent attention to detail Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
