Property Management Company hiring for a Full Time Maintenance tech position (Mount Laurel, NJ) Pay starts at $16.00/hour Monday – Friday: 9am - 5pm Off most major holidays Sorry, No benefits offered at this time Duties include: -General exterior maintenance (painting, trim work) -Grounds clean up -minor siding/fencing type repairs -Exterior painting/line striping -Caulking and trim work *Work Truck and Tools are provided by our company for day to day tasks - All travel usually stays within 30 mile radius, and gas is reimbursed weekly Requirements: -Valid Driver’s license – please do not apply if you do not have a valid driver’s license and a way to work every day -High school Diploma or GED equivalent -Energetic and ability to multi-task -Must work well with others and the public with a positive friendly attitude -Must be active – walking, standing, light lifting, and some short ladder work needed sometimes -General Maintenance experience is preferable – Please mention if you have experience -Outdoor work is a necessity, daily exposure to heat and cold is part of this position Interested individuals should apply through this listing with a resume and references included.
