Full time with a somewhat flexible schedule. Must be a self starter and be able to work unsupervised,
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with questions or concerns.
• Input customer orders, send replacements and samples.
• Gain thorough product knowledge.
• Handle backorders and revisions for customer orders.
• Work as main contact person for Account Managers when they travel.
• Provide general administrative support for sales staff.
