- Ability to break down automotive industry topics into understandable advice for customer understanding
-Provide excellent customer service from intake to release of vehicle
-Listen carefully to Customer descriptions and assess the vehicle to determine the best repair plan
- Advise the customer on the auto repairs recommended and quote price
- Communicate with parts sellers and technicians to make sure everything needed for the vehicle repair is on hand
-Provide updates to customers about their vehicle repairs and work completion
- Maintain customer records and organize files
- Schedule appointments over the phone and in person
-Ability to multi task
