The City's Department of Information Technology will perform upgrades to various computer systems from Thursday, Nov. 5 through Monday, Nov. 9. As a result, the City's online marriage license, domestic partnership application, Opportunity Fair registration and Right-of-Way Permit systems will be unavailable on the City's website during this time period. There may also be intermittent delays in the City's e-mail delivery system and some online surveys, applications on the jumpstartingroc.com website and the City's Open Data Portal may experience outages during this time.
While the City Clerk's Licensing Office will not be able to process virtual marriage license applications, domestic partnership applications or schedule and perform virtual marriage ceremonies during this period, applicants can still come into City Hall, City Clerk's Office, 30 Church St., Room 100A to apply in person (no one will be admitted without a mask) for a marriage license or domestic partnership certificate. For additional information please call 428-6617. The City Clerk's Licensing Office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Registration for the Nov. 20 Opportunity Fair can be made by calling (585) 428-7839.
Applicants for city street and sidewalk permits may bring their applications with any documentation to the City Hall drop box, 30 Church St. Applicants may call 428-6848 for additional information.
