AV Equipment and Operator Needed For CBD Expo

Delta 8:CBD Expo is coming back to Dallas, TX and will be held on March 31st - April 1st, 2022 and is in need of some AV equipment and an operator. The show is at Hyatt Regency in Downtown. AV operator will need to setup on March 30th. For the Event, we have 1 speaker room, a Demo stage, and have large projection screens and projectors, but need the following: For SPEAKER ROOM on March 31st and April 1st, 2022 - 6 wireless mics for the panel table (4 for the panel table, 1 for the podium moderator, and 1 for audience questions) - 2 LARGE speakers for the back of the room - 1 operator from 9am-5pm (day 1) and 9am-6pm (day 2). 1 can do both rooms, but bring help if you want. For DEMO STAGE on March 31s and April 1st, 2022 - 2 wireless mics for presenters - 2 LARGE speakers - Audio Mixer So, in all: - 8 wireless mics for the panel portions - 4 LARGE speakers for the back of the room - 1 operator from 9am-5pm (day 1) and 9am-6pm (day 2). 1 can do both speaker room and Demo stage, but bring help if you want. Rooms are side by side so Bluetooth MUST be able to operate on SEPARATE frequencies and not interfere with each other. You can go on the day before on the 8th and set up the rooms. Pay will be $1000 for the event... half upfront when it starts and half at the close. Must let me know what type of equipment you have.
