Hello! We are a property maintenance company that has a TON of small - medium sized jobs for licensed / bonded tradesman. If you're a tradesman of any kind... we have something we need you to do. We have several older buildings within the Seattle city limits and we need YOU to help us fix them up! Again, if you're a skilled tradesman of most any kind... I PROMISE YOU we have something you can bid on. Subs: - Demo (interior) - Flooring (snap on laminate / vinyl / trim / tile) - Groundskeeper / Landscapers - Painter / Drywaller(s) Please email us your resume or stop by: Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 9:30am Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm - 4:30pm!
