About the role:
We are looking for a motivated person with a positive and “can do” attitude, and with the ability to work in different areas and different people. The role includes:
- Manage our shipping operations, including sending daily order to our customer using our FedEx, UPS, USPS and other account.
- Follow up and communicate with carriers to make sure all deliveries reach their destination.
- Work with the company sales team to ship orders once a deal is closed.
- Manage our Las Vegas warehouse including conducting weekly inventory counts, order inventory when needed, and organize all incoming inventory.
- Help in other activities around the office as needed.
The position is full time at our office (close to the airport) and qualifies for medical, dental, and other benefits.
Requirements:
- 2+ years shipping orders using FedEx, UPS, and USPS website (get order, packing, generate labels, communicate with carriers, and more).
- 2+ experience managing a warehouse with large amount of inventory.
- Experience in working with warehouse management system.
- 2+ experience shipping large orders to national chains.
- Be open to frequent changes in work environment.
