...That I would agree with something Pelosi would say. She gave a stern warning to our Olympic athletes to avoid any form of activism, protests, and criticism of the Chinese government while there. Their safety is at great risk and Chinese rules regarding speech are numerous and vague, but the consequences of going against the rules are high. People tend to disappear without a trace and are not heard from for a long time, if ever. They are reportedly not informed of the crime they committed and have no recourse and protection from any organization or law enforcement agency. If the athletes are smart, they will maintain their silence.
