Flora is a very sweet 1 1/2 year old girl. She was surrendered to a Baltimore shelter because her tail needed to be amputated after another cat attacked and bit it back in December. She had to be held for 45 days for a rabies observation period as required by law. Now cleared to go, she is grateful to finally get out of a cage and start her search for a new family...one who is fully committed to her regardless of what happens in the future. Flora has purrfect litterbox and house manners. Up-to-date medically and microchipped. Application/adoption fee apply
