Update - We have hired all we need. But, in my experience, some may not show. Leave me a message or text, if you would like to be on the wait list. Need concession help THIS WEEK ONLY, FEB 4th, 5th and 6th. Work one day, or all 3. We will be serving food at the Sarasota Highland Games at the Sarasota Fairgrounds. We serve Scotch Eggs, Drunken Mushrooms, Elk, Pulled Pork, Roast Beef, Philly Cheese Steak, and more. On Friday, today, we will need someone to help set-up the stand, prep food, and serve this evening. Also serve Saturday all day. Sunday, we break down. You must be willing to help plate food, wash dishes, restock steam table, and other general duties. Must be reliable, clean, and willing to work on your feet for long periods and outdoors, (under a tent). Experience is helpful, but not necessary. For all positions, we pay an hourly wage, with a bonus if you do well. Plus we feed you, and share all tips. Call 314-910-9251 or 314-255-8724, 10am to 10pm. Leave message if no answer, please.
