Sign Fabrication Technician

We are hiring a Sign Fabrication Technician to join our team! The primary responsibility for this role is the assembly and fabrication of metal cabinets, structures, channel letters, bases, and/or other sign components. This individual will build custom designed signs using a variety of methods including but not limited to bending, cutting, welding, gluing plastics/metals, wiring of lamps, LED, neon, and digital displays. Knowledge of ballasts, power packs, and transformers and troubleshooting electrical signs as well as knowledge of UL and safety procedures is preferred but not required. Please note: Documentation is required for W2 Responsibilities: • Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment • Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical failures • Complete projects in a timely fashion • Perform routine preventative maintenance • Adhere to safety policies and procedures Qualifications: • Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields: 2 years (Required) • Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings • Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment • Ability to handle physical workload Please reply to this ad with a resume!
